That’s hard to do with a room full of very busy, very passionate people who love to talk! Bringing idealect in to help lead our group was a pivot point in the evolution of our work. I had never seen that level of creativity and productivity come out in such a short amount of time. The group did not lack good ideas—they lacked a well-facilitated process to explore them.”
