Idea Theft

In a brainstorming session, Sofia pitches a unique idea for a marketing campaign. The room gives a lukewarm response and moves on. Five minutes later, Jackson pitches the exact same concept, rephrasing it slightly. The manager lights up and says, "Wow, Jackson, that is brilliant! Everyone, let's build on Jackson's idea." Sofia looks at her notepad, deflated, while Jackson starts taking credit for the concept.
