Culture Fit Veto

During a hiring round, a candidate clears every technical hurdle with perfect scores. However, during the final round, two team members veto the hire, stating simply, "They just don’t feel like a culture fit. They seemed a bit quiet and didn't seem like someone we’d want to grab a beer with after work." The company has no objective definition or rubric for what "culture fit" actually means.
